Brett and Amanda got married on a beautiful summer day in August, just weeks after their Sunday morning proposal. I would be hard pressed to find a more joyous wedding than this one. This was a day of true celebration. The smiles, laughter, and tears of joy were unrestrained and filled the day. It was truly something to witness. Brett and Amanda were radiant and it was felt by everyone in attendance.

Lately it seems that wedding ceremonies are getting shorter and shorter and more to the point, lacking time for me to even move from the center aisle. However, for Brett and Amanda this was not the case and I was able to capture the different angles and numerous happy moments. Their ceremony was my absolute favorite part of the day. When Amanda walked down the aisle, every step glittering, the look on Brett's face was priceless.

It was such a privilege getting to capture these memories for an amazing couple who has become very dear to my family. This day was just the next chapter in the story of Brett and Amanada's life, and they entered it with the same enthusiastic, joyful energy that fills their every day. They knew that no matter what, they were getting married and that was all that mattered. No matter the struggles that come and the trials they might face, they have each other and they have Jesus--the greatest love. As beautiful as their wedding day was, the life that comes after will be even more so.
