What's Happening?

So I totally forgot to keep blogging over the summer. So much has been going on that it completely slipped my mind. Where do I even start on what's been happening? Well, right at the beginning of June, I helped host a baby shower for my sister, who was due July 31st. She ended up having him a week and a half after her baby shower, so he was 7 weeks premature. It's been a whirlwind for them, but they are both doing well and he should be able to leave the NICU soon.

My girls had their dance recital and did a wonderful job, despite the fire alarm going off in the middle of the recital and delaying their acts. It was all good though, it was a false alarm. Then we had Vacation Bible School and then to finish off the week we had the wedding of Collin and Kheilee, which was absolutely beautiful. We've been to Kennywood, Sandcastle, and the wave pool, while taking the time to enjoy our own pool on the days it hasn't rained, as well as learning how to fish. Rich grew up in Phoenix, AZ so there weren't many opportunities for him to fish. The Fourth of July was here before we knew it and it was the end of the first week before I realized I hadn't sent out the month's newsletter yet, let alone blogged anything since the beginning of June. I still have one 2022 wedding to get posted. I'll get to it soon! And then I'll get to the blogging of the 2023 weddings.

In other news, we'll be out of the office the week of the 23rd and then again the second week of August. We have some traveling we want to get in before the school year starts and our busiest wedding months. Once August hits, our schedules are going to be packed, so if you want to schedule a session for an engagement or a senior, be sure to contact us asap to get that in. Our available summer dates are limited!
